Returns Policy
We offer a guarantee that if you at all dissatisfied with your purchase you can exchange your goods or receive a refund.
Goods must be returned in their original condition with labels intact, unworn and unwashed. When trying briefs, thongs and swimwear on please try it on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns if it is apparent these conditions have not been adhered to.
Hosiery and shapewear cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened.
Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons however these are clearly indicated on the website.
Please include a completed returns form with your goods. You will receive this with your order. Please state why you are returning the goods, your order details and specify whether you would like a refund or exchange.
Please return your goods via Royal Mail and obtain and keep Proof of Postage until your request has been fully processed.
Returns should be sent to Ansiti Lingerie, 3 Cliffield House, St Christopher´s Walk, Wakefield, West Yorkshire, WF1 2UP.
If you request a replacement of a higher value than the original purchase the difference will be charged to the card used for the initial payment.
Refunds will be credited to the card used for the original purchase. We will let you know once a refund has been issued. If you have requested a replacement at a lower value to the original item the difference will be refunded to your card.
Refunds will not be given on the original postage and packaging costs, gift boxes and postage costs to return unwanted goods.
Returns must be received by us within 14 days of the date you received your order.
If you believe the goods you have received are faulty please return the goods clearly stating what the fault is. Once the problem has been investigated we will contact you to process your return.
It is possible to return goods that you received as a gift. Refunds can only be made to the original purchasers card. Replacements of a higher value will be charged to the original card or the difference can be paid on another card.
Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
